I am taking over management of a new listing as the owner was unhappy with the old property managers. The old listing had excellent reviews and there were no issues flagged by the guests. Airbnb flagged and deleted the new listing I created as it appeared to be a duplicate. I provided all evidence to confirm the listing was NOT a duplicate and certainly did NOT go against any Airbnb policies, however I am getting absolutely no support or response from the "support" team. I have only received generic replies explaining they are upholding the decision to remove the listing without looking at any supporting document. I feel like I am going around in circles and I am at a loss about how to get the listing back online.
