Does anyone have an "EARLY BIRD" discount set up on their property? Just curious Thanks

I understand why restaurants have them to fill quiet periods. But our quiet periods are due to seasonality, normally.

So, to me,  it doesn't make sense to offer cheaper prices during our peak periods just because someone books early.

I prefer to adjust my prices myself manually rathe than offering a blanket discount.

No, I don't use it. I don't like how Abnb stacks discounts. If Abnb offered only the lowest discount rather than stacking them, I would consider it.

We do NOT use Early Bird or Last Minute discounts as they will stack on top of other discounts we use.
