Editing listing

Hello, first time hosting on airbnb and im in the process of editing my listing. The issue im having is after adding all info, description and pictures. When I select preview to see how it would look for the guest the part that it mentions the property type- Room "queen bed and shared bathroom" is not showing that. It's saying 1 bedroom, 1 bed and 1 bath. When I view other property listings thats similar it shows

"queen bed and shared bathroom" which is what I want mines to say. I've been working on this same thing with airbnb customer service for weeks now.. they can't seem to figure it out. Which is frustrating and delaying me from listing my property bc I want to make sure it's done correctly. How do I fix this? Can someone assist me please?

@Elisa Yes, i've been communcating with them from the beginning. The issue is finally fixed and my listings are active now! Thanks for checking in 🙂

@Joelle43 tagged me on your thread about your listing, but it seems like you have worked it out with Airbnb now? I wasn't able to look at your listing as your profile says "Guest", but glad it all got corrected. 👍

I believe Airbnb has to do a review of new listings in the Rooms category, but I think you have to publish it first. Not sure about that, but that may have been the issue:

Hi @Joan2709  Thank you! Yes, they're still working on it... It's something related to the room catergory. I did publish it at first but didn't want it to say shared room right at the very first sight of the listing so I unlisted it. Last update I recieved from CS was the engineer is working on it. I'll keep you guys posted, thanks again 🙂
