Hi,
My embed code is resulting in the direct link being changed from /rooms to /room.
Please let me know what information you need from me to assist.
Much appreciated
I wanted to see if I could get your link to work, but there are many listings. Which one is it?
All of them 🙂 Let me know if you need specifics. Thanks for looking at it.
When I click this, it opens your 1st listing in my browsers. Please check whether it works for you, or whether the same problem occurs:

Hi Shelly, well I can't get the moderator to approve my reply so let me try this. The links are not the issue. The issue is the embed code provided by AirBnb. My listings are all embedded on my website and when you click on the embedded listing the URL results in a 404 error page effectively changing /rooms to /room. This same issue has been discussed on this forum in detail with no solution provided. Apparenlly i can't share my website info or the link to the other threads since the moderator is blocking those links.
Hi @Silver-Gate-Lodging0 😊,
Thank you so much for sharing this question here!
I'm sorry about this issue. Are you still encountering it?
I'm passing this on to our team of experts, and they might be in touch with you soon.
Don't hesitate to let me know if the issue gets resolved!
Warm regards 🌻,

Hi @Elisa , thank you. Yes I am still having the same issue. Looking forward in hearing from your team. Much appreciated.
Hi Elisa, any idea how long the team of experts normally take to reach out?
While you wait to have it fixed, can you explain a bit more what problem this is causing?
The way I understand it, you're saying if you click on a link to your listing it shows an error code. But if you send the link to a guest (like, for example, the link in my previous reply) and the guest clicks on it, it should work for them?
Also, if you've created a Custom Link in the listing editor and you send the custom link to the guest, I think it should work for them.
Is that OK then, or do you mean that the problem is also that you can't view your own listings in Guest View at all? If this is the problem, does it work when you click on "View" in the listings tab? If that doesn't work, I think you may be able to overcome the problem by viewing your listings in private mode?
Hi Shelly,
The issue is the embed code provided by AirBnb. My listings are all embedded on my website and when you click on the embedded listing the URL results in a 404 error page effectively changing /rooms to /room. There is no problem just sharing the link or even the custome link. The issue is the EMBEDDED code. If you google RANGE RIDERS LODGE on Google and follow the link to Affordable rooms available on AirBnb then you should see all the embedded listings. Click on any of those and you will get the 404 error page. I hope that makes sense
OK @Silver-Gate-Lodging0 I get up to here with Google - where do I go next for "Affordable rooms available on Airbnb?" - I want to see if I get the error code.
Go to the website and on the home page you will see a link "Affordable rooms avaialble through AirBnb. click on that link.
Yes @Silver-Gate-Lodging0 I navigated there - my URL goes to airbnb.co.za due to my location and it contains "room", not "rooms" as you say. I do get the 404 error code when I click your links.
When I go to my own website and click my own links to Airbnb, it stays "rooms" and the links work. My URL's are longer, though. Where yours end in "=en" I still have "&_set_bev_on_new_domain= .... " and so on.
Apparertly a US IP issue. Thanks for looking into it.
Here is another lengthy thread on the same problem...it has not been correct as of yet:
