Entering a Renewed License in Chicago

I received my renewal on June 13. 
I have not been able to enter the number - 

after 10 messages with “Ambassador” , my listings is only showing g up for 32 dats or longer. 

any one know how I can get Airbnb to Reset ny account ?

@James3646 They have new rules.  I am having the same issue. It seems if you do not claim that the you live in the unit you are rent then you have to ask for a waiver.  You have to write an essay about  with 9 points that have to be addressed.
