Existing listing not showing up

Hello All, I've listed my property last year and hosting a guest now. I was checking to see if my listing is showing up for future dates. For some reasons, it doesn't show up. The listing status shows "listed" Does anyone know why? Also, on a side note, the Customer Service number on Google leads to some medical service provider? Lol. Can someone help please? Thank you.

When I search Newnan 4 guests for 1 to 31 October (because your minimum stay is 30 nights), your listing is in 4th position.

 

It won't show in searches for under 30 days, and you also have lots of unavailable dates where it won't show.

Yes, your calendar availability is showing up until July 2026. When searching, make sure to tap on your target dates directly in the calendar. If guests looking for a stay of 30 nights or more but don’t apply the “minimum stay” filter, the results will include listings that are available for as little as one night.

If your listing says “Listed” but isn’t showing up in search, there could be a few reasons:

  • Calendar isn’t opened for future dates

  • Booking settings (like minimum/maximum stay or advance notice) might be too restrictive

  • Search filters (location, price range, guest count) might be filtering it out

  • Airbnb’s system sometimes rotates visibility, especially for newer listings

To get direct help from Airbnb (without the Google number confusion 😅), try this from the Airbnb app:

  1. Open the Airbnb app

  2. Tap on your profile icon (bottom right corner)

  3. Scroll down and select “Help”

  4. Tap “Contact Us” at the bottom

  5. Choose your listing or relevant topic

  6. You’ll get the option to chat with support or request a call

That’s the safest and most effective way to get help.
