Fine tuning advice needed!

Looking for advice to improve the listing on this Pittsburgh home.  we are close to stadiums, downtown and many attractions. Our listing does rather well, but looking for anything that may have it stand out more or a more engaging title, photos or description. 

advice on the space would laptop be welcome!  Thanks!
