Houserules:

It says "smoking allowed" , but in addtional rules it says "no smoking inside"

Maybe also add the "nopets/pets allowed" option.

Amenities:

Check if all amenities are listed (like kitchen equipment)

It also says under "not included"

Hot water (?)

I love the terrace. Maybe enhancing photos with a tool like prontopic can help getting that sky from gray to real blue!
