First time host in Netherlands

Hi. I am considering putting my second home on AirB&B (Netherlands). Has anyone done something similar and can give me tips regarding taxes and governmetal regulations I should consider before going ahead? Thank you.

Did you know that there's a Dutch Community Center?  You can find it here - they may be better placed to answer any questions you've got.
