Dining area shows seating for only 2 people.

Phototour: captions not added (type/size of bed, and more)

You charge an extra guest fee for every guest after the first guest, is this correct ?

The decor of the space is well done . I would change the main photo. It’s not capturing the coziness of the home . Also I believe as a host you need a profile picture. That will establish trust with prospective guests. Wishing you all the best.

you have to complete the listing profile.In photos, you can add 1 bedroom and bed size etc. do that for all spaces so the bedrooms match the rooms. and the spaces in your property.

Hi Sarah,

It looks good.

The dining area shows only 4 chairs, and the living area has only 1 sofa.  You can't do much in the dining area; however, adding some sofa chairs or extra seating can add value to your property.
