Hey Everyone! I'm a Superhost out in Memphis, TN, and I've been up and running for almost a year exactly 🎉

In the past year I've worked with several hosts and started a bunch of new properties. I've been VERY diligent with documenting what works and what doesn't as well as what helps the most with making a property successful. I got lucky with my first property, but now I realize what helps make the biggest difference. I've been doing audits to build my consulting business and I was told that this community would really appreciate it. Anyways, the audits are below.

The goal is to improve the average Airbnb so that eventually there can be some sort of 3rd party certification so that potential guests know that the property they're booking is top notch and BETTER than a hotel.

Interesting work @Tyler646 . In the first category (Photos and Visual Appeal) it is impossible to achieve 100 since the max one could possibly get is a total of 95. Do not ask me why I would even think about such trivialities. 😎
