Full House renting

If i rent my Big place to guests.. do my son have to leave his room or is it ok with him to stay there ? He goes to School and he is 19.. i wouldnt be there..

@Arti3560 The short answer is you can do whatever you want.

However, I see little upside to this scenario.

I think you limit who will rent your 'Big Place' if your son is staying there.

You would need to be very clear in our listing he is staying in one of the rooms. Even then, you would limit what you can get for your listing if they do not rent the full place. Guests also do not read carefully; they may be disappointed upon arrival.

I was assuming you are renting a full apartment if its just rooms, then it should work for you.

Yes you can BUT you could not list it as a whole house rental. This might put some people off.
