Full house and shared space in one listing?

I currently list my guest bedroom/bathroom as a shared stay, sharing the kitchen/dining room with me. I am thinking about also offering a higher price option of having the entire downstairs of the home to themselves and I will go stay at my partners house if someone books that option. Has anyone done this? Did you have to make two separate listings? (I can’t think of another way to do it!) Any tips or advice appreciated!

@Amoreena2 two listings is the way to do this with their calendars linked so that you don't get double booked. Blocking one listing will NOT block the other so you can direct people to the higher priced option by blocking the shared listing at certain times of the year.

Thanks! I set it up to play around with it, but I don’t see a way to access the calendar for each listing individually!

@Amoreena2 when you go into each listing its calendar should be visible to you.

As you now have 2 listings it would be worth you going into your account and switching on Pro Tools. Then both calendars will devisable at the same time

Hi,

I am still new and have just had my mandate reporting approved by exchange 4 free.  I haven't been paid yet, as the funds were withheld, pending reporting mandate approval,

but have just finished the renovation of my back room. I would like to list it, but I am wondering- should I use the same e-mail and default payment method as the first one or should I use another e-mail and payment method? Do I have to wait until I become super-host to have a second listing?

hi Amoreena - Did you solve this challenge? I have a house where there is a main floor and daylight savings basement that are completely separate. We used to live upstairs but recently moved out. I created a new listing for the entire house and have 2 other listings for the basement and main floor respectively. I linked the calendars and I think it works except for when I manually block the calendar. I do not see the whole house listing blocked when I block the basement apartment as an example. Interested in learning what you did so that I can try that solution as well.
