General Question- Listing Description

Hi Airbnb Family,

I am new to the game and was wondering if the descriptions under the host name are generated by guest reviews or do I need to update something in the settings? These are few of the examples i can find.

Hi @Alisa-and-Nathan0  - the items you see in the screen grab you shared are formatted and put their by AIRBNB "AI". It isn't something that you can 'update' or change.

The "AI" will grab from your listing and in the case of this particular list it seems to 'grab' from reviews and so the absence of reviews, as you are new, the list for your property is short.

A few tips to influence them positively over time:

Respond quickly to messages

Keep communication clear and friendly

Deliver a clean, well-prepared space

Encourage guests to leave honest reviews after their stay

As you get more reviews, those descriptors may update automatically. Nothing to worry about on your end 🙂
