Getting 5 star back for location

I am asking this more out of curiosity because Airbnb's rating system somewhat baffles me.  We have a 5 star overall but we got a 4 for location a few times...Then I noticed it went back to 5.  Now, it is back to 4 and seems to be sticking there.  How is that calculated?  I apologize if this was answered in the community prior, but I could not seem to find it.

@Rob-And-Kim0 It is the average of all your location scores. It is calculated to the 10th decimal place and will round to 5.0 if above 4.95.
