Getting more visible.

I I have a 4 bedroom luxury property called swarna mandapa in ulu. The property is valued around 12 billion therefore it needs to rent at a reasonable rate. It is unlike anything else that is listed because it is genuinely a traditional Balinese property meeting luxury. My problem is it is competing against 700 odd other properties in the area and I can't use dynamic pricing because it doesn't compare to anything else in the area I want to know how to get this property visible to potential punters I would appreciate some advice
