Great Idea for Othr Things To Note Section

I am all for disclosing, Host and Guest should be on the same page.

I was reading @Dana1582  Listing Ad and for me a great eye opener.

I read other Host's Listings with my Guest head on

His great idea and effect on my attitude to me was fascinating.

With my Guest head on, I realize I see Other Things To Note  My expectation as the normal is here is the list of all the charges and fees that may be applied.  Not exactly a positive team brain set,

His Other Things To Note instead felt like an invitation to come and enjoy.  A hand extended in friendship.  My negative attitude was quickly replaced with a smile.

not a bad idea, although I personally prefer to use guidebooks to provide this kind of information to my guests 😉

Good idea too.  The challenge though is having a guest who is interested in guidebooks if we are setting a combative tone in our ad.
