Hello. I asked a support ambassador if they factor in the overall rating of a particular listing before awarding it a "Guest favorite badge", but the support ambassador did not have a consistent answer. What did not make any sense was when he said "Guest favorite is more of what a guest does when they are searching and listing they look at the most".
I'm wondering what control a guest has over quality-related incidents or cancellations etc.- one of the parameters for receiving the guest favorite badge.
