Guest service fee query

I can see that there are 2 fees. What is the guest service fee and who gets that payment?

The Guest Service Fee is paid by the guest and Airbnb gets all of that fee. The Host is charged a 3% fee by Airbnb and that is deducted from their payout. This is called "split fee" and is most often what you'll see on listings.
