Guests feedback

I would like to know how others encourage guests to review their properties and leave feedback. I find that not everyone does, and some only do if they have something that they were not happy with.

Ask them how their stay was on the way out the door and if they have any cool ideas, in this way if they leave a review they tend to talk about what fun they had and since they already shared with you their suggestions (or gripes), they do not include them in their review. Makes them an ally, not a public critic.
