Hi, we are first time AirBNB hosts. We just got our listing up, but noticed we are having trouble with our images. Only about 16 of our 40 images are showing and several of our rooms are not showing up in the photo tour.
Anybody have any ideas of how to fix this?
Thanks so much!
Regards,
Emily

Most likely it is because your images must be a certain minimum size/quality (1200x800 pixels) no larger than 10Megabytes.

Many do not know that photos taken on your phone are compressed into the HEIC (High Efficiency) format which reduces the pixel size to save on storage space on your phone. When taking photos for a listing, you should change the camera settings format to "Most Compatible" in order to have the correct size for uploading from your phone to meet Airbnb's pixel size requirements.
You can also email the photos to yourself, then change the format to .jpg when downloading on your computer. Then upload from your computer to the listing.

Ok, I will give that a shot and see if that works. Thanks for the input!
