Hello, I need your help. I have many guests, and everyone has a different opinion. Some refuse to provide towels because they consider them personal items and advise me not to give them to guests for fear of illness. I don't give out towels now, but there are always other requests, such as cleaning supplies. Even though I stated in the advertisement that I only provide toilet paper and soap, there are always complaints about things that aren't even there. The apartment is beautiful and clean, and the sea view gives guests a lower rating than it deserves.

I think it is wise to have fresh towels available; if the guest needs them, they can access them. If not, they can leave them.
Not everyone will use the towels provided anyway, so just have them available so you aren't turned by opinions.
@Felicity117 Thank you. What about providing cleaning supplies? What are your thoughts on this?
There should be cleaning supplies available and placed somewhere just in case a guest needs some, but not in a big size so they don't misuse them.
You are most welcome.
Should you need a co-host to help manage bookings and enquiries, I'll be willing to assist for a trial period.
Just pitching in in case anyone needs the extra hand.
Even if the stay is short, unless you have a team that can be reached in case they need assistance, have those items and tuck them away.
