Can I ask you some questions

I can rent my studio with Airbnb or should I take permission form the owner 

But I'm not the owner i rented for long time contract 

I'm confused

You need to consult your renting contract to check if subletting is allowed. Generally it is NOT allowed (and "doing Airbnb" is not the same as subletting), so better ask owner/landlord for (written) permission to host Airbnb guests.
