Help increase my ranking

Hi,  my bookings have stalled and I think it's because I've been booked out for a few weeks but still have lots of peak dates available in January and I haven't had a new booking for 1 month now. Any suggestions on how to make my current offering more appealing?

If I were you, I would work on your rating of under 4.8 stars. Cleanliness and accuracy at 4.8 tells me that your photos are not accurate to how your cleaner sets it up for you. A 4.8 in cleaning could be some picky guests but also you may want to consider a better cleaning team. It's not an awful rating but it's not the best. The 4.6 for value speaks volumes. Anything under a 4.7 tells me that multiple guests have commented that your place isn't worth what you're charging. I would spend the next 6 months offering your place for much lower than you think you should and work on getting your value and accuracy ratings to climb a bit. Once you pass 4.8 stars, I think your ranking will also jump.

Offer a promotion. Maybe a new years 15% off. Or a discount for a booking of 7 days or more. You can raise the price and then create a discount for about the same amount so you won’t be loosing any money. But people want to feel like they’re getting something for less.
