Hi @Raghvendra2
heres just a few ideas that may help. Appealing photos help a lot. Choose your cover photo well as this is the first impression when your listing shows up. Also a title that will capture the searching guests attention. Mention in your description all the pluses your property has to offer. Something complimentary might help. Eg a breakfast kit or platter etc (have a photo of it in your listing also) or a discount for longer bookings.
Good reviews also help. Always be responsive to guests communication (especially if something unexpected arises), keep the place as spotless as possible. Another thing I do is provide recreational items - all beach and picnic gear (as my listing is near the seaside) and some pastime items inside the property eg novels, puzzle books, kids drawing items etc. I’m even aware of whatever bathroom products I supply, doesn’t have to be the most expensive ones but look good.
Also, first impressions when a guest arrives are important. Neat, tidy, clean.
all the best!!!

@Raghvendra2 I had a look at your listing, and I can see you’ve put effort into creating a welcoming space. As a fellow host, I’d be happy to share some suggestions to help you increase your booking count.
1. First Impressions: Your Photos
Your listing photos are the first thing guests notice. Consider hiring a professional photographer or using natural lighting to showcase your space more vividly. Highlight unique features like the cozy seating, the ambiance of the bedrooms, or any standout amenities.
Add photos of the exterior and neighborhood, so guests feel more familiar with the location.
2. Optimizing Your Title
“Kashi Paradise in DIG Colony” is straightforward, but it could be more enticing. Add something unique, like a special feature of your listing or location, e.g., “Kashi Paradise – Cozy Stay Near [Landmark]”.
3. Improving Your Description
Your description is brief. Try adding more details about what makes your property special. Include nearby attractions, transportation options, and any thoughtful touches you provide (e.g., tea/coffee, fast Wi-Fi, local recommendations).
4. Competitive Pricing
As a new host, it’s often effective to offer an introductory price to build reviews. Check nearby listings for similar properties and adjust your rates to be slightly lower until you’ve built a solid reputation.
5. Guest-Friendly Amenities
Highlight the amenities most travelers are looking for—Wi-Fi speed, kitchen facilities, free parking, or proximity to landmarks. Guests often filter by these criteria.
6. Boost Visibility with Discounts
Try enabling discounts for early-bird bookings, last-minute stays, or weekly stays. Airbnb’s Smart Pricing tool can also help you adjust your rates dynamically based on demand.
7. Encourage Reviews
After each stay, kindly request guests to leave reviews. Positive reviews boost trust and visibility.
8. Local Touch
Mention anything unique about your location that guests might love. For example, proximity to the Ganges, a nearby temple, or hidden gems for dining. Guests value local insights!
Your listing has great potential, and with a few tweaks, I’m confident you’ll see an increase in bookings.
Best of luck with hosting!
