Help with council tax rules in norfolk
Hello, I’m thinking of renting out our garden room/ converted double garage. It does have a shower, sink and toilet but it doesn’t have a kitchen. We would just provide a kettle, toaster and fridge. Would this be subject to council tax? I live in south Norfolk. Thank you.

@Paula1787 Rules vary by council but usually if you don't have bathroom AND kitchen it usually doesn't count for council tax. If it isn't accessible from the house though I don't think the rent a room tax allowance applies.
