You have quite a few listings with what airbnb sees as very low ratings so this could be leading to you not being placed high up in their rankings @Baudouin2 

Have you done any analysis on what you can do to address the issues guests are raising ?

Because Airbnb sees anything below 4.6 as low and can and does suspend hosts with rankings lower than 4.6 @Baudouin2 

a few of your listings are from 4. - 4.6.
