I can see from Review date, traffic is slow. You have to address because Conversion Traffic slow down effects the Airbnb Search display position.
Just refocus.
Your new listings you appear to be targeting business travelers. A good market but a guest market of usually 1 maybe if a long stay a partner visit for a week.
Focus om that market. 2 Guests max, private patio. seating to enjoy breakfast answer emails. If public transportation close a plus.
If longer stays, do Guidebooks about food shopping, how close the laundromat, maybe a gym in the area and some restaurant ideas.
Make spending a month some where they don't know your rental easy.
turn on New Listing Discount that gives you a boost
Turning on Instabook even temporally will give a boost. Recommend increase notification time and minimum stay days to avoid last minute 1 night reservations.
Airbnb Search measures if Host active by reading Date Modified on ach listing. Regularly update each listing.
If your target is business, .look at setting length of stay discounts to you calendar sort of target sales 1 week, 2 week, 3 weeks, month.
On a .listing after 3 good stays. For that listing you can set up some Airbnb Custom Discount which Airbnb will market
