Host Availability Calendar: Which day is checkout?

Hey guys! Been trying to research this but I could not find a simple clear answer. I'm a host and say I want to make a few dates available in April 2023. Given the below scenario where April 12-14 has been made available: Is the latest possible checkout April 14 or April 15?
