Hi
how do I split the host service fee on my listing using a mobile phone?

If you are referring to the Airbnb Service Fee, you are currently set for "split fee". If you want to change that to Host Only Fee (you pay for the entire service fee instead of your guests), read thru the article below:

Min Stay Suggestion
Since you are a new listing, I suggest you change your 5day min stay to 2 or 3 nights instead until you get some bookings. Right now, many guests aren't even seeing your listing at all, as most are searching for 2 nights stays. Since your listing is set to a 5night minimum, your listing won't appear in search results. If guests can't see your listing - they can't book it. Once you get 5-6 bookings, then maybe set to 3night min - 5nights is a bit much except in busy summer season. Even then, I would probably still do 3night min and then offer a discount for addl nights using Pro Tools/Rule Sets.
What do you mean by split the host fee? @Sheryl258

Hi Joan
thanks for your advice. I’m almost fully booked for the summer. The reason my minimum night is set at 5 is because the house is enormous and requires three cleaners for each changeover including myself. It’s just not cost effective to do anything less than 5 😊
Plus my question was 11 hours ago and I was asking how to set the fee to a “split fee”, which Airbnb have now sorted. Very kind of you to take the time to answer my question though. So grateful. As I said I have been extremely lucky with bookings and I have a few days availability left so I’ll stick with my 5 day minimum. Again really appreciate your imput

Glad you were able to get it sorted with Airbnb!
It's great you're able to get booked with a 5night min! I have co hosted on a property that is larger (6 bedrooms) 16 guests (only 3 bathrooms though 😊) and understand how long it takes to get a large property cleaned! Washing and drying all the linens is the rough part. The Host decided to put a 2nd dryer in the garage to handle all the drying requirements.
You know your area best, so hoping a 5night min continues to work for you, even in the slow season.
