Hosting Indio, CA

Hello! I'm new to hosting and will be listing a property in Indio, CA in the community of Terra Lago.  Does anyone have contact information for:

1) A "Local Contact Person" that would be available 24/7 for emergencies at the property that require in-person response? I would handle all remote work/communications. 

2) A cleaning team that is experienced in AirBNBs

This way it will be easier for you to find and talk to local Hosts.
