Hosting in Invermere, BC

Looking to chat with anyone presently hosting in Invermere.  We have bought a new home in the community and are looking at hosting when we are not there.  Questions we have:

1- Any local bylaws about hosting or and Airbnb?

2- Garbage disposal, how does it work for you and what are your suggestions?

3- Cleaning services, any recommendations?

4- Internet/Wifi, what companies provide the service in the area, Shaw? Telus?

5- Are any of the local businesses looking to partner with samples or coupons?  Thinking Arrowhead brewery, Taynton Distillers, Kicking Horse Coffee and such.

We are considering purchasing a place in Invermere or Panorama that would also act as a rental property. I was wondering if you ever found answers to your questions? If you started hosting in Invermere, do you like it? What have been the challenges you have faced.
