How Do I automatically block all calendar dates by default?

Hello - I previously had all my calendar dates blocked by default. However, my calendar no longer reflects this and I cannot seem to relocate the place in which I can block all my calendar dates, by default. Is that ability redacted?

Under Menu- Select listings- go to your listing- pricing and availability- calendar availability
