Hello @Ann51974 I have a private room in my home. I think it is important to have the photos of the actual room(s) be the main photos and then add the photos of shared spaces. In looking at your listing, it appears that there are two rooms but still a maximum of TWO guests. That could cause you to get inquiries and/or instant bookings that may not be what you expect or want, like two couples (a total of 4 Guests).
I would NOT mention at all that it is a "shared bathroom," as you only allow two guests traveling together so those Guests would have their own private bathroom. I think adding the "shared bathroom" will deter Guests that don't want to share a bathroom with the host or another Guest they don't know.
I have some comments:
Subtitle should show: max. amount of guests, 1 bedroom, 2 beds, 1,5 bath
The bed in the ivingroom seems to me a sofabed ?
Additional photos: some are almost duplicates of photos already in the kitchen etc.. section
Most important:
The listing can only be booked for 1 guest !
(there are 2 beds = 4 sleeping places)
Hello @Ann51974, thanks for starting your critique listing in the community. I’ve added your listing link so hosts can offer suggestions more easily.
Have you had a chance to review Emiel’s suggestions? They look like simple fixes that could have a big impact on your listing’s performance. I’m also curious if @Arjuna11 @Helen471 @Alberto3 @Stanja0 or @Hubert--J0 would like to add any additional thoughts.
Regards,

You have a beautiful space. I have one suggestion,
I would not stay with someone, especially in their home, without a profile picture. So, I recommend a profile picture. A smile can go a long way. And if you’re that shy take a picture with your dog:)
Your reviews look great btw. Keep up the good work.
