My biggest advice — in the beginning do not focus on profit, focus on reviews. Your first 5-10 reviews are everything. Offer a small discount, make the check-in smooth, leave a welcome gift. Do whatever it takes to make those first guests happy and get 5-star reviews. Once you have reviews, the algorithm starts working for you — better visibility, more bookings, better prices. Everything else comes after. Professional photos also matter a lot. That is the one investment I would make from day one.
