That’s the kind of question I like to answer, especially because in my opinion, considering the new dynamic between guests and hosts, this is a smart move.
Go to your listing, open the listing editor, and scroll down to Booking settings. It is located between About the host (with your picture) and House rules.
Choose “Approve all bookings.”
Take some time to explore the community and learn how to identify the right guests by carefully observing how potential guests communicate, what questions they ask, and the answers they provide. This will help you better understand their intentions before pressing the accept button.
And most importantly, trust your instincts.
