How do I disable notifications if I am CO host?

I want to enable notifications for listings I am PRIMARY host but disable them for listings where I am CO HOST.

I basically want to select which listings I get notifications for, and I can't.

I'd also like this, I serve as a backup for another listing, but only want the option to engage those messages if someone calls my cell phone. I don't want that noise crowding out the messages that I want to read for my primary business
