How do I fix a booking glitch?

I had a weekly rate in the booking system for the Masters Golf Tournament week. (April 5-12)
Someone was able to book 2 nights at a very reduced rate which I had to cancel. It’s a glitch in their software. 
Now they have locked out that date on my calendar!! 
How do I get this fixed?

is there any contact with humans on this site. Very frustrated!!

@Terri269  The penalty for cancelling a reservation is, among other things, a block on the dates you cancelled, which you can't remove yourself. If you had called Airbnb before cancelling, explained about the pricing glitch, and asked for the reservation to be cancelled for that reason without penalties, you might have been able to swing that. AllI can suggest is that you get in touch with them now and see if they will help you out.
