Hello,
We are renting our home in a beach community. In the summer time we would like to restrict check-ins to Saturdays with a 7 night minimum stay. In the shoulder seasons we do not want to restrict the check-in day to Saturdays. We only wish to have a 3 night minimum stay. For example, during the shoulder seasons we would like to be able to accept a guest for a check-in on Friday and a check-out on Monday, or a check-in on Thursday and a check-out on Sunday. How do you make these variations in the calendar?
Thank you
Create rule sets with the different options set and apply them to the desired time periods.

It looks like rule-sets only apply to hosts with 6 or more listings. Is that true?
@Gail126 No it is not true. Any host can switch on pro tools from their account and get access to rulesets. Sadly Airbnb help hasn't caught up yet!
Thanks. Can you please point me to where the pro tools setting is located?
Under Pricing and availability / Calendar availability I can set the check-in day but it applies to the whole calendar. I only want to restrict check-in to Saturdays in the summer.
@Gail126 you need to click on your picture (top right I think) and then go into your account to switch on pro tools.
Once you have done this then the calendar allows you to create a ruleset.
Thanks but I'm not seeing that option. Under my picture, I only have

There's no pro tools in settings. Am I looking in the wrong place?
I was able to use google to find the setting and turn it on from this web page: https://www.airbnb.com/users/settings
Well hidden, but thanks for your help.
