How do I remove nightly rate adjustment?

If nightly rate adjustment is already applied on my booking, does that mean I will get that money in subsequent booking?
or is it something airbnb keeps? Because the guest has paid more.

@Vidhi11 If you've already applied a nightly rate adjustment to an existing booking, and the guest has paid the updated (higher) amount, that extra money goes to you, not Airbnb — minus their standard service fee, of course.

Airbnb doesn't keep the difference; they just process the payment and take their usual cut.

So yes, you will receive the increased amount in your payout for that booking.

If you’re ever unsure, you can always check the “Transaction History” under your Payouts tab — it will show the exact amount you’ll receive.
