Hi Vikas74,
Your listing looks lovely... such a bright and airy atmosphere. The clean, modern kitchen is a highlight, as is the accent lighting on the ceiling (which I LUV) that adds a warm glow to the space. Though it is a bit sparsely furnished. Perhaps a coffee table, some cozy area rugs, and a couple of table lamps and throw pillows to enhance the coziness.
What is the view behind the window shades? Maybe a photo or two with natural light coming through it. The only other thing that caught my eye was the loose wires near the AC mini-split wall unit and the RO water lines in the kitchen. I would try to hide them or at least tie them. Overall, it’s a great space for guests. Great job!
Kindest regards,
Jamie 😊
Just couple of notes, I hope to make it simple:
- Use white linens
- Hire a professional photographer
Cute place!
It says 0 bathrooms, fix that. Usually photo folders have to be corrected then the system counts correctly.
Fix it is not a full kitchen if no stove offered, kitchenette, Fix that because you will get burnt.
Cover Photo, is the photo that entices a guest to click. I suggest 1 bed when the target market is a group maybe something more interesting.
I suggest maybe review your target market A group of 7 in a 2 bedroom apartment mini fridge dining seating for 4 maybe 5 comfortable seating in the living room, maybe if I need somethibg for a quick cheap stay.
Suggestion looks like a great inexpensive fanily place. Parents and a couple of kids. Cooking for kids microwave, an air fryer, lots of options that you don't need to remodel your kitchenette. show your balconies, parents love that type of space to relax in evenings and children maybe inside watching a movie. Then tweak your ad to sell to a family near this near that tell someone who doesn't know your area as well as you what is good.
Don't lose that you can sleep 7 but price like 4 and use add ons for additional people. Then your priced correctly for both markets.
Oh you do include essentials fix that on your page
Thanks for your suggestion
