How to Attract More Guests to Your Airbnb Listing?

I’m managing Cuối Tuần Homestay in Da Lat – a small, cozy homestay surrounded by greenery, perfect for groups looking for a peaceful retreat. 🌿🏡

Currently, I receive bookings through multiple channels, but Airbnb hasn’t brought in many guests. I’m looking for ways to increase visibility and attract more bookings on Airbnb. I’d love to learn from fellow hosts:

✨ What strategies have helped you get more bookings?
🔍 Are there any effective platforms or marketing channels outside of Airbnb that you recommend?
💡 How can I optimize my listing to stand out in a competitive market?

Hiện tại, mình nhận đón khách qua nhiều kênh khác nhau, nhưng Airbnb thì khá ít lượt khách, mình muốn tìm cách tăng lượt tiếp cận và thu hút nhiều khách đặt phòng hơn trên airbnb. Mình rất mong học hỏi kinh nghiệm từ các host :

@Trí261. Hi Tri. Firstly I'd work on a Guide for all the local attractions, places to eat, facilities to use etc and upload to your profile.  Include lots of pictures and make sure these places are well rated by others. Ideally you should have been to many of them yourself and can make recommendations to guests when they enquire.

Re using other platforms if you are synching your calendar with others and they are getting more bookings then Airbnb may rank you lower, which in turn affects views and possibly bookings. Are you already booked on other platforms for the next week as I see no availability rest of month?

So its a numbers game: more recent stays and having great reviews increases rankings that I find works well.

Lastly, how are your comparable Airbnb hosts doing with their bookings? Note types of guests, length of stays, their prices, amenities, availability etc.
