Hello,
I have an extra space in my house, call it a den, with which I have two beds. However, I'd prefer not to advertise it as a bedroom on Airbnb so I'm not misleading perspective guests. I don't see any good options when adding a "space" to my listing that most closely match this room. And a bedroom is the only selectable space that you can add beds to. Any advice on how to advertise this?

As @Shelley159 says, the only other room that lets you add a bed is "Living Room". I would just add another Living Room "Room" (Living Room 2) and add your beds there and caption the photo as "Den with two XX beds.
Hi @Derek697
Be upfront and clear in both your main description and room-by-room breakdown. Example:
“This listing has 2 official bedrooms and a den with two single beds. While not a traditional bedroom (no door/closet), the den is a cozy and private sleeping area perfect for extra guests.
Include clear photos of the den.
Label the photo as “Den with two beds (not a bedroom)” or similar.
Hi @Derek697
Thank you for asking this question!
Were you able to add beds to the room with the help of our host?
Do you need any additional support with this?
Warm regards 🌻
