I looked at your listing and have a few comments. Get rid of children's toys from the room, after all, your guests are travelers and rather adults. You have a nice bathroom for this room, this is a great value. Change the ceiling lighting - a different chandelier and warm light. Use bedding in cozy colors. Make room for a wardrobe (even the smallest one) in the room or in a common space. Describe where guests can store their luggage and items. Maybe a smaller work desk in the room will be enough. Add more details in the offer description and more photos taken with a regular camera. Also take photos of common areas and the outside of the building. Describe where the parking space is located. Try to add items to the decor that will warm up the interior, preferably a lot of plants. Add the possibility of using the kitchen (in some part) or arrange a table in the common area with an electric kettle and basic items: a mug, a glass, a plate, cutlery, a cutting knife. Check what other amenities you can offer from the offer edition list. Add your energy to the decor of this room.
