Your listing is new. It can take some time to get first booking.

You offer 20% discount for first 3 bookings (new host promotion)

Please note: It also applies  to long term stays (28 nights and more, which you also offer !

I suggest some updates:

- listing say 4 guest, 1 bedroom, 1 bed (only for 2 guests)

Is there second bed in the livingroom ?

-Photo of childrens play area says : Dining area

- Add check-out time and add some more houserules (smoking, pets etc..)

I have second bed in living room also.

Is the pricing is too high?
