How to cease a booking after a particular date to overcome 3 months window?
I have a 3 months window. I do not want the 3 month window to extend after a date. It is not possible to cease accepting bookings after a certain date. If we book it for ourselves then airbnb service fee will be applied. If we have a 3 months window then the date after the 3 months is already blocked . We cannot block it on top of that. But as the week passes, another week opens and we cannot always manually keep track of it(of blocking it). So this is a bad system inplace. The only way to overcome this , for me atleast, is to put an exorbitant amount for the dates you dont want the booking to happen. So even if they automatically opens up, no one will book it. Is my understanding true that it is not possible to stop accepting booking after a particular date?
Go to the Availability tab of the Calendar and scroll down to Availability window. Instead of setting it to 3 months, change it to "Dates unavailable by default". This makes everything unavailable except the dates that you manually open up.
Shelley and Marcin have both shared with you some useful information, that should help you setup your calendar in the way you'd like. Have you had a chance to give those suggestions a go yet?

Yeah, it does seem like Airbnb doesn’t let you fully stop bookings after a certain date with the 3-month window. Your idea of setting a super high price for unwanted dates could work, but it’s not a perfect solution. Maybe check if there’s a way to tweak your availability settings or use a third-party tool to help manage it. Hopefully, Airbnb will update this in the future!
If you select a 3-month availability window you won't get bookings with Instant Book turned on. However, you'll still get requests if you leave the slider on that allows booking requests.
If you don't want the requests either, just turn the slider off:
You can do this on Airbnb and you don't need a third-party tool.
