How to change your host from business to Individual?

I am asking for this listing (Helping the host, who's not very native to the web): **

Would anybody know how to get the listing changed from "Hosted by a company" to "Hosted by a Peter".

1. Can a user even change do this? For example change account setting (For example, remove somewhere 'in Professional hosting tools' within webbrowser to remove certain information). 

2. Can this only be done by Airbnb support. 

I've browsed the web, yet can't find any clear answer (checked vids, forums, even tried the new genAI deepseek.) 

P.s. Much appreciation if someone in the community has the answer. AIrbnb support has been contacted thrice on this problem, yet weirdly does not provide a solution (information how to get to an answer). Seems that Airbnb support got outsourced, where incentives got misaligned (They're trying to finish chats as quick as possible, instead of providing the solution 'behind the question' why a clients asks a question).

Hi @Mischa31 

If I recall correctly Airbnb does not allow a direct switch from a business account to an individual account in the settings. Host need to contact Airbnb Support and request the change.

Thanks for answering! Was scared that this would be the only option. They've been contacted thrice... yet just do not do it. 

Happy at least got a conformation, but sad to say the host got a roadblock for a solution.

I think the listing should be in the ** (hyperlink seems to automatically shorten).

Woops. Used google acc. Not facebook for this one (im still mischa). Anyways if it is still changeable without airbnb support, then please share.

I have the same problem here. I might clicked or filled something wrong when i created my profile as a host, now Airbnb consider me as a business account and asked me to upload a business proof. I have contact the Airbnb support 4 times, but they always get me the same information article and no solution. It's very frustrated since I just started being a host.

@Lena7676 😔 Yup Lena. We've got the answer, but sadly no solution. 

Also couldn't help the host/friend https://www.airbnb.nl/users/show/4221960 remove the 'business' title, required for his hosting https://www.airbnb.nl/rooms/802052 to be shown as "Hosted by Peter"
(If need be for admins, can make Peter comment on this post).
