How to extend guests' stay free of charge?

I want to extend my current guests' stay without charging them - can anyone tell me how I can do that?  I forgot Oakland has a minimum requirement of 30 days - so I want to avoid any fines from the City by having the guests reservation record reflect their stay was for 30 days.

You can use the "change" option on the reservation to extend the stay.

The price will be recalculated then, but you can change it in the Price Field on the form to the original price.

Please note: price per night can not be lower then Airbnb's minimum price and if there are taxes invoved they will be recalculated/charged anyway.
