How to find the bottom line

Hi, I'm new to Air BnB and have not found a exact pricing shown for Airbnb.  I've seen anywhere from 13% service fee to 17% service fee.  How do I find out what it will be for my little condo? Also, is this cost generally past onto the customer or do we as hosts cover the costs?  I've seen it both ways, just not sure which is the best way?   Thank you in advance for any advice.

There are two service fee structures for hosts, they are explained here:

https://www.airbnb.com/help/article/1857/what-are-airbnb-service-fees

Usually they can be choosen in your account, section "payments/payouts", tab "service fee"

In the "split-service fee structure" the guest is charged the "Airbnb Guest Service fee" (+ VAT if applicable). The low percentage is used on "long term stays" (28 nights and more), the high percentage is used for shorter stays.

I don't have a "service fee" tab when I go to payment/payout section. :(.

Then the "host-only" fee structure is probably not (yet) available in your region.

The "split fee" structure will charge the guest for the Airbnb Service Fee and you will be onlly charged the Host Fee: 3% (+ VAT, if apllicable).

Also taxes can be charged/remitted by Airbnb, please read:
