How to get more booking

What soild i do or improve in my listing to get more booking.

Welcome! So I think there are 3 improvements that you can do right away: 

1) Photo Refresh - Do you already have professional photos? Do they highlight the unique offerings that your property has that may set you apart from your competitors? 

2) Price - Is your price consistent with the market?  I would go incognito / anonymous on browser, search for you area, select the amenities you office and see where your price ranks with others. I usually find the average / median for the first page of my results and try to price somewhere near the middle. 

3) Your listing copy - Does it, again, highlight what sets you apart? 

The 4th option I would suggest is to look at your competitors and see if there is anything they have that sets them apart, and to the extent that you can afford those items or amentias consider adding them.  Some things are easy, like home decor, table games, etc. Others can of course get expensive.

2. Price your listing perfectly to match or beyond similar listing.
3. Enable self check in
4. Respond to guest messages in a double quick time.
5. Always Keep your calendar updated.
6. Maintain standard quality cleanliness at all times.
7. Add details about nearby locations and things to do.
8. Ask for reviews from guests
9. Offer discounts and offers
10. Provide high quality guest experience to increase the chances of showing up in top search results.
